Bad customer service
This is frustrating doing a online application if your system is always unavailable, it took me 2weeks to do a online application then i get msgs saying i did not submit all my docs when the system shows the credit docs but when i want to go further it shows temporary unavailable. I hope this post will create a response from somebody. If you check you will see all my documents that was sent more than 5 times so pls do the application from your side.

15 Sept 2021, 00:05I had a consultant called me this morning after my complaint on this platform, however I was once again told that the matter would be resolved within 48hours and yet again received another automated call asking me to upload the exact same documentation I have emailed to the same address on more than 5 occasionsever I was once again told that the matter would be resolved within 48hours and yet again received another automated call asking me to upload the exact same documentation I have emailed to the same address on more than 5 occasions.

15 Sept 2021, 00:07The consultant calling me this morning assured me that all the documents required for my application has been received and uploaded. I was told that I would receive a phone call of another consultant who would assist me within 48hrs its been 3 weeks and they have just been passing the bucket. Another frustrating factor is the online application process, it's a total waste of time as it is always unavailable after logging inb making it very difficult to complete the necessary steps does anybody ever gets pass this.
