Bad Customer Service

Nkgadi -Customer Consultant, very bad ethics to deal with Customers, shouting them as if they owe you something.

I suggest you improve on this pathetic attitude it is not good for the business. you must know you exist because of Customers. your stinking attitude will take you no where, instead you will be frustrated in the same position and don't experience growth in life. easy up. We are doing business digital the nerve of telling me to go to the bank when I am calling you with my phone ,my time. You must be Customer centric. for your information the Consultant that assisted me after you was so friendly and Customer orientated, I did not even need to go to the branch as you had said.
