Bad customer service!

I wrote a review on the bad customer service at African Bank on 14 December 2022, upon which the bank rep**** to my response privately saying that I must call the number for assistance. Upon calling I still have not received my proof of payment. This resulted in FNB debiting my account for the loan which was indicated in the African Bank consolidation loan contract to have been paid! It is sad that even on this platform African Bank could not honor what it has promised on numerous occasions (going to the branch, calls and logging a complaint at African Bank) to provide the proof of payment for FNB loan. I am furious at the level of service at African Bank resulting in double payment for a loan they said was paid!!!!!
