Bad customer service

On the 29th my loan application was completed and i submitted all needed documentation. I walked out of the branch just after 11am. Yesterday morning i called and was told i would receive the funds before 11am i phoned again at 15:00 and was told its pending employment confirmation. I told the consultant on the 29th i need the funds urgently but im being ignored.AND I AM STILL WAITING!
