Bad customer service

I have been to three African banks today. The one in Avonwood, the one in Gatesville Vangate Mall and the one in Parow centre. And no one could help me. The one in Avonwood said she is the only one working there so she cant authorise anything ??. The one in Gatesville said there manager is not at work. And have not been for the past week. But the one in Parow centre was the one that really angered me. They close at 17:00. I came there just before 16:30. Two of your workers were already busy with clients. So i waited. After a while another two of your employees came, that was around 16.45. I dont know where they came from. But as soon as they came they were gone as soon again. By 16:48 the two employees left. By 16:50 one of the other two employees called me. I told them what i came for. Just for the employee to tell me she cant authorise. One of the employees that left has the authorisation. So my question is are they allowed to walk 10 minutes early from work? Very bad service. I will stop my credit card i have with you. Thank you.
