Bad customer service

Struggling now for months to sort out my online banking called in 10 times. IT call was log waited for two weeks no response, went in to the bank, the lady that assisted me couldn't resolve the issue. she logged a complaint till today my only banking is still not working. worse customer service. will not recommend them to anyone. VERY DISAPPOINTING
