Bad Customer Experience

App**** for a consolidation loan with African Bank, they captured the wrong debit date. I called to lodge a complain or a dispute which was acknowledged with a letter confirming that the complain was resolved. 3 months down the line, my struggle continued with numerous calls to their call center, this was despite their acknowledgement that the dispute had been resolved. This negatively affected my credit health.
