BAD CREDIT SERVICE AFRICAN BANK

I have a loan with African Bank, then app****, for consolidated loan. I was approved online for loan, then submitted documents.... I received a call from Agent, He said congratulations your loan has been approved, he asked me if i want to list to offers for me... Then it took 25min to go through the agreement. I was then told i will receive my loan agreement, with in 24 hours and my money will be paid in to my account this was on the 6 August 2019, on the 8th of August 2019, I phoned call centre, was then told my loan has been declined.... How do get approved and then after final as*****t this gets declined, don't they asses every thing before you get approved, I don't get it, before you get approval they have to go through all your documents and refrences, and then only you get approval..... Not with African...... I'm moving and needed some cash for deposit, after my loan was approved everything was shorted, I have given notice, and will have my money now to pay deposit for new place, but now seems like this is not going to happen and will be out on the street, as for the tenants are moving in and I'm not sure were me and my family is going now.... An apologie will not do, if they told me from the start sorry your loan was not approve I wouldn't have given notice, I need to know how do they do that.... Not even if I sell my house content will I have money for the deposit..... There must be someting we can do then just for them to say sorry..... Real it's like pulling a carpot from under someone..... Real do all the checks fisrt before you give people the news, and the best they don't even inform you..... You are left wondering what's happening and have to phone them to find out what is happening...... I want to request my agreement recording as for I will not leave this.... Must be something you can do......... Real I still have to infrom my family we are homless as from the end of August 2019.....
