Bad communication and customer service-

Service is not very good, have been banking with African bank for years, without any issues, hence they became one of my first choices for a consolidation loan, however it has been nothing but a headache. Documentation seems to be the main issue here, all relevant documents sent, however i keep getting bugged with SMS reminders of missing documents, if they cannot sort out this issue soon, ill take my business elsewhere, The whole process seems to be on hold due to documentation, which have submitted though all the available channels, both email addresses and via the app. Hoping for some positive feedback soon- Something this simple should not take so long,
