BAD BAD SERVICE FROM FNB NORTHAM

<p>On the 31 January i went to fnb in northam to deposit money(R515.00). I got in the bank at fifteen before three(15:15) When i got in the bank the were 8 people in the que. We were served by one teller. I only got helped at four pm(16:00). I then meet an african lady who is apprently the superviser for the tellers. the same lady that walked out HUGGING a couria guy that was there to collect cheques from the bank. i asked the lady that how long do we have to wait before we being served? She rep**** to me by saying that customers have to wait for an hour before being served. i cant believe that fnb is doing this to us custmers. HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
