Bad bad bad

I'm so feed up with this bank,I have been trying to call them to release my investment money and they are not picking up, I even went to the Khayelitsha branch and I was put on the phone and still no one picked up, it's like I'm begging for this money but Its my money stay away from this nonsense bank
