Bad attitude
A lady called me just after 13:00 today, she requested confirmation of my details and I advised her that she's the 5th person calling with same query and she just hang up on me, VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE IN YOUR COLLECTION DEPARTMENT, I FORGOT HER NAME BUT SHE CALLED ME ON 076 202 14**!!!!!!
