Bad and none existent communication

I am very disgusted with the poor communication. Every time I need assistance they ask for my ID and then never get back to me. I'm disappointed and frustrated. It's been a month from when I last started to ask for help, every few days I follow up and they just keep asking for my ID and then forgetting or just not caring enough to communicate with their clients.
