Bad and dishonest service
I called their settlement department ,the second agent I spoke to Vivian Mo***eng gave me an approved discount of 15%as we about to pay my line hanged she never called back .when I call back I speak to bulela femele .she tell me no we can only give u 5% and I asked her to review and listen to the previous call but no she refuses my line hangs and still don’t call me back

04 Feb 2024, 11:35I gave you a call but I’m not getting help .my number is *** you guys never tried calling me .when I call u want me to have a pop up message how do I get a pop up when you are not giving me any service .I paid for my credit card and loan using pos yesterday ,you machine switched off while I’m paying but money went off and agent said it will reverse .it never reversed .
Paid using another card and machine and all went through .now I have an extra 3200 paid to you which you not reversing and all u tell me is pop up msg on my phone .I asked your agent to close the credit card but the answer was can only doit Monday as he has knocked off .I want my extra money and settlement letters pls
