Awful Service

I have requested a statement for the month of October 2021 from African bank however non of these transactions gives the description details of which company I made payment to I called African bank numerous times asking to please give me a detailed statement they did not even try to assist they said straight no to my face that they are unable to help me I went to the branch in promenade and got the same reaction I called African bank again today I spoke to Magret and she could clearly tell me that my transactions with Holcomb finance clearly reflects but when I draw a statement or even print the one's they sent me it just shows credit card transaction no card details no description. Awful service from African Bank this is impacting you in a negative way . I am unable to get my money from Holcomb Finance because their name does not reflect on the statements I sent them so how do I proof that payments was ever made to these people without their details reflecting. I am extremely upset about this
