I would like to thank African Bank.

I had an enquiry on accounts I had there 4 years ago. I called in today, 15 August 2018 and was assisted by a lady named Kensani. She was enthusiastic, energetic, professional and served my with dignity.

This is exactly the type of service one expects from any organisation and business. But beyond this, she offered to go the extra mile and offered advice and offered to follow up on my behalf.

It has been a long time since I have served with this high level of care.
