Awaiting Deceased statement

We are trying to get statement to submit to court for my deceased father but African bank is giving us a run around. We submitted all required documents but no response. The other banks provided us with the statement same day and time but this stupid bank is not helping. When we go the branch we are told they're waiting for a feedback from deceased department,what is so hard in providing a statement
