Awaiting credit card approval

I app**** online for a credit card and I qualified. I went to the branch on 18/02/2015 and sumbitted all the documenta and application form. Even d credit card was activated and given to me. I awaited but was busy at work to go back to the branch. I went to query on 01/03/2015 and was told there no answer on my work number and I need to get an employmwnt letter. I had reapply because my application no longer exist. I was told in 24hrs i will get feed back and today is the 03/03/2015 no sms or phone call. No notification my application is pending and why. No thank for applying. No feedback so disappointed. For me to get a letter of employment thaf will have to come from Jhb human resource dept.
