Audacious rewards programme is a ****

I am disappointed with the African Bank audacious rewards. According to African bank you accumulate points for using their credit card. To my detriment I realised that is not the case. When I use my Credit card the points balance goes into a negative balance.

I made time to log a query at their branch on 30 October 2024. I was promised that my matter will be investigated and I will get feedback within 48 hours. As I write this review I still have not received a response.

The Audacious rewards programme is just a **** and the service from African bank is poor!
