ATM didn't take out money
Been enjoying this bank until yesterday when my husband went to withdraw money from an FNB atm (used it before) since African Bank doesn't have its own ATMs. The money didn't come out even though I got a message to say the money was withdrawn. Stood at the ATM and immediately called the bank to report what happened and for them to do anything about it. The consultant was slow, asking unnecessary verification questions slowly even though I'm stressed, after 15 minutes of using my airtime she lodged complaint and said they will investigate n it takes 30 days. I'm very unhappy as that is my baby's formula money. African Bank doesn't care

01 Jun 2022, 10:38Not sorted out. You asking about a payment I made myself on the 24th May 2022 from Credit card to my World account. I just want my money back. It's been more than a month now. You guys didn't pay me back. Please do proper research before calling
