Assistance Urgently Needed

I app**** for a loan and was told that it will take 4 hours and I am still awaiting feedback. I called the call centre and was told that its still in progress. I must say African Bank has changed there way of doing business and it is shocking. They were known to assist and do things speedily. I was twice at the branch to sign papers that the consultant failed to have me sign and when I left the second time I was called again due to a missing signature. I need to know if you are able to approve the loan or not 4 hours is not a long time but I am still awaiting feedback,
