ASSISTANCE FROM MANAGEMENT NEEDED URGENTLY

African Bank granted my husband a loan of over R100 000.00.According to me this was reckless lending on African Bank's part.After a struggle with African Bank the re-payment amount was rescheduled.They then handed the account over to an attorney firm.After numerous email to the firm in March 2016-African bank confirmed to me that the account is not with the firm any more.Unfortunately I could not obtain any further information as no one at African bank wants to speak to me as the loan is in my husband's name.My husband works long hours on a construction site and he did previously send through a letter stating that I can act on his behalf.We do not have a problem paying the instalment amount.The big problem is the arrears amount of over R50 000.00.Only a hand full of people that can pay an amount of over R50 000.00 to settle arrears.At this stage we stopped paying the instalment as we do not know what is going on and no one wants to speak to me and my husband gets home to late and it is difficult for him to discuss this as works outdoors. Is their perhaps any way that the arrears amount can be worked into the loan then the loan period be extended? Please help - we are desperate.
