Good day.
I have an account which is in arrears with African Bank due to me loosing my job.
I then contacted KGB Attorneys with regards to the account handed over to them by African Bank, and had made an arrangement of R500 to be debited from my account as of 31st April.
I then requested a letter as confirmation for the arrangement and was advised they are not able to provide that as they work with smses.
Please assist in that regard, as this is needed in order for me to get the job I have app**** for. The company that wants to hire me need a business letter with my details and the arrangement I've made with KGB Attorneys on behalf of African Bank.
Your assistance will be highly appreciated

12 Apr 2021, 11:15I got a call back from African Bank with regards to my problem and have not been assisted. I was told that they can't give me an arrangement letter as in their system they have not received any payment. As I have mentioned to them I had been out of work that's the reason why my account is in arrears.
A complain was logged through their system by their consultant, of which she mentioned that the turnaround time for the complain is five working days. I had mentioned that this letter is holding up my job offer. If I can't get a letter stating that I have made an arrangement with African Bank to pay the account that is in arrears, I will not get the job.
Month end how will I be able to fulfill the arrangement if I don't have a job. ***.
