Arrogant imcompetent HC

I handed in my resignation on the 22nd Sept and served notice until the 22nd October, all termination document were submitted including provident form withdrawal. On the 26th November I received a call from my Ex Supervisor requesting my personal email to forward me provident form withdrawal to fill in. I received an email from Hannelie Nel (Human Capital) HC claiming It has come to her attention that I ddnt submit the provident forms and I immediately enquired with my Ex Supervisor as I did hand over all the necessary docs on the 22nd September 2020 and she forwarded the documents to Hannelie Nel whom she advised the claim will be submitted on the 30th November 2020 and will let me know if there's anything Wil be needed from me.

On the 1st December 2020 I followed up if the withdrawal claim was submitted, sent an email to Keabetswe Pilane and Hannelie Nel and she cced Makelle Letswalo to my surprise, she didn't receive the documents so claim wasn't submitted as promised. Hannelie Nel then forwarded documents to her and advised claim will be submitted by EOB, after few minutes another email from Makelle Letswalo page 2 is missing, copy of ID and bank bank statement. I just don't get it, I served a full month and no one noticed that claim can't be submitted because of insufficient documents. I know I'm not the only one going through this, even my ex colleague is going through the same ordeal and the other ex colleague who resigned in May 2020, and what ****es me off no one has apologized for the inconvenience . If i didn't enquire today no one would have said anything. I went to the office to ensure all documents are in order only to be told Makelle Letswalo is on leave for 2 days only then the claim Wil be submitted. What a bunch of Arrogant *********** HC, They want to be pushed for doing their jobs. Is African Bank benefitting by not submitting provident fund claims on time?
