<p>They charge you arrears when they deduct on your pay day how does that work or i lost the meaning of arrears?</p>

There is no use swiftly responding to emails by saying customer care will contact us when the tollfree numbers are put so that we follow up and then when you do and ask whats captured you are told you were called and attempts failed when no attempts were done to contact you.
