arrears and too much interest

hi <br> <br> i have been paying for my furniture which i took from ellerines and it was financed by african bank, i was unemployed for about a year and as soon as i started working i started paying, consultants dont know how much of interest accumulate on my account when i ask them and the balance is increasing instead of decreasing , i have proof of statement received from last year to date.<br> <br> please assist in where do i go about this , african bank should tel me my charges i n eed to know.<br> <br> <br> <br> regards <br> bongiwe radebe
