Name: sibongile ubisi<br> Id no: ***<br> acc no: ***<br> <br> i decided to check my African bank account and see how much is left for me to pay. but surprisingly i find that i'm in arrears by R269.93 which i don't know about. after the struggle i went to last month about the arrears i didn't even know about after i just paid up all the arrears i had with them. it seems like African bank don't know their figures because when i call they don't even know why i'm i in arrears this shows that the time i was not paying attention to my account they have been taking advantage of it and i don't know if they cant see that this id destroying my name even more. even the employees the don't know their own supervisors they don't even know their system nor explain whats happening with an account. i'm so disgusted about the kind of service they give to people. i'm also tired of complaining about them cant they just get their facts straight, a big company like African bank, its so low of them to do what they are doing. for real now.
