arrears

My account is in arrears and when I call African bank to find out how much I'm I supposed to pay they tell me deferment amounts it's like they not even sure how much I am supposed to pay. On the 25th of January I called in and asked the outstanding amount I'm supposed to pay off for my arrears they told me it was R600 and an amount, so I lost the paper where I wrote the exact amount , so when I called to confirm the amount I spoke to Phindile chawukehe she told me I'm another different amount and when I asked why I'm I being given a different amount they told me its interest. Then I made an arrangement to pay R800 and on the 27th of January i called to confirm the payment that was made I spoke to Sinenhlanhla gadebe she told me I still owe 300 then I asked to talk to supervisor who is siphiwe ngweya<br> he told me a different story also he says I owe R175 which is in arrears when I just payed all the arrears that was due. So the amount that is on the statement is a different amount from what they are telling me. So all the amounts they are giving me don't add up. And after I pay but I'm still in arrears. then i stared talking to Lumko who is also trying but failing to assist me.
