arrangments

Last month someone called me and i.made a arrangment to pay R50 monthly as i am in a finantial situation the person informed me that the arrangment is now made,this morning i had someone call me again firstly i have to confirm my id number,continously confirming my id number with them is becomming desturbing,fradulants come from this ,how do i even know it is realy afb calling me ,i get charged for all these calls and it is not my fault it was a long weekend i made a payment on the 7th so due to the long weekend ut still hasnt reflect in their account is that my fault.no .when a arrangment is made it is not just for 1 month it is arrangment.im sick and tired of afb consultants not reading their notes or listerning to vouce recordings ,why must i make a arrangment every month fand i get billed for the unecessary calls they make to me .a arangment is a arrangment.no wonder their is so much ***** because of things like this.
