Arrangements

I have 3 loan accounts with African Bank. I defaulted on my payment for August and the agent called me on 19/09/2022 and made arrangments. Payments was deducted from my account today 20/09/2022 by debit order. I received a call from Tidimalo from a company called Concept Recoveries stating my accounts has been handed over to them and need to make arrnagement. I advised her i spk to an agent yesterday and made arrnagments and payments was deducted today. Tidimalo advised i need to make arragnemnt with her and need to pay them as the accounts was handed over to them. I advised her i cannot and will not make arrangement with her or to pay them as arrangements was done with African Bank. Please sort this out with Concept Recoveries and advise urgently.
