Arrangement not met

<p>African bank are really not organized more do they respect their clients. Payment arrangements were made for my account for 2 debit orders of x amount. Every month for the past 3 months African bank has ran 4 debit orders of a total amount of more the 3 times more than agreed and when I reverse the payment I get endless calls and recently one from oscar wanting to meet me to make arrangements again. They do not realize the damage caused when my other payments bounce because African bank can stick to arrangement they agreed on. Utter bull**** </p>
