Arrangement letter
I’m having difficulties regarding an arrangement letter from the financial institution and the consultants are advising that I should wait for 7-14 working days in order to receive the letter. I’m. Getting frustrated as I’m economically active seeking employment and receiving that letter will means of getting employment so I can pay off whatever outstanding debt I have with the institution.😡 I’m disappointed and I would like to be assisted as soon as possible . Can someone from the bank give me a call and assist

I was connected to the collections department by a consultant and they advised that I should wait for 7 days to receive the letter. I just need something written to state that I have arranged to settle my debt with you guys . I cannot wait for 7 days for the letter . I’m asking for assistance.
