Arrangement Letter

I have been unemployed for 6 months, My African bank accounts were in arrears however I am now on training for a new job.<br> I called and made arrangements to pay 100 each account monthly while I get paid weekly during training.<br> untill I finish training then I will arrange for a de bit order on a higher amount as soon as I get paid monthly.<br> Now my employer requires payment arrangement letter to secure my job since the arrears amount is listed on IT CI was advised y African bank call centre and the consultants at the branch that the company does not issue arrangement letters.<br> How do I pay African bank if they don't provide me the letter to se ure a job and settle my account when I get this job. <br> I really need the letter to secure the new Job and e able to pay my debt with African bank.<br> <br> So I need to provide the letter y the end of this week or else my contract will be terminated, therefore I ant even afford to pay my creditors.
