I am speaking to this lady by the name of Mapule Masitle around 12:11 and i was using a borrowed cellphone midday from african bank ,she is so rude listen to our recordings as african bank you can make your judgement after i requested to speak to her supervisor ,she kept me waiting on line untill she decide to drop the call.
