I made arrangements to pay, yet the questions you ask, I give my address and state Johannesburg, what does he ask, what province?????? HELLLOOO, It asks me how to send a statement , I said post, It says in what language, OMG HELOOO AGAIIIIIN, Arrangements are made then another one calls me and whats to go through the whole thing again, I put the phone down, I do not have time for brain dead consultants. No wonder African bank has got a junk status rating. WAKE UP!!!
