APPOLING SERVICE AND ****TY BANK

I am really dissapointed with African Bank the service sucks and they are the most unprofessiona l bank i have ever banked with.

I have been applying for a loan and a credit card and they always decline me saying i aleady have taken a loan with them which is total nonsese when i ask them to tell me when and where was it taken they always say they will get someone to call back and never do.

I also have a MY WORLD account which the app is not working an when i went to the branch on Sat 9 November 2024 at 12:30 the doors were closed and a guy came to the door and told us they have closed he was half drunk asked what time they close they said 1:00 biut close doors before then.WHAT AN APPOLING SERVICE. Need to close this account now
