Application not attended to(Pathetic Service)

<p>I made an application online on the African bank site on the 5th of September, which I was told it olny takes 24hrs. I submitted all the documents needed. Nothing was done on my application after that 24hrs, it went on and on not being attended to. I called in and I was told that the status is "Its currently being worked on", I was given an email to send my bank statement to.. ********** which I sent an hour later, but he never bothered to reply to my emails, atleast to confirm that he has received the document. I went online trying to check the status, and only to find that no application was under my name...???. I then made a second application, which was also not attended to for 7 days until I received a call from a guy who apologised for what happened and promised to look at my application, he asked me to send my banks statement to ********** which I did on the same day, but he never bothered again to reply to my emails. I'm currently sitting without know what is missing? Whats the status after weeks for something that has to take 24hrs, I've had multiple accounts with African Bank to receive such treatment, this service is pathetic. All I need to know its whether my application was approved ro declined THATS ALL!!!! </p>
