Application delays

I app**** for a credit card on the 29th on Mthatha branch, i got preapproval,signed contract and given the card n told to wait until the 1st as it was weekend, i waited on the 1st i got a call that i must send employment letter for subgroup creation, i did sametime. 2 days later i was told to come to the branch and re-do everything, without any explanation, even with explanation that is not fair for me because i travel a return of 180km to my nearest branch. Please process the application i have provided all the neccessary information and docs, not to mention that i have been your customer for a long time with 3 paid up accounts and one that i am still paying.
