Application
Am really not happy with how my application is being handled m working for one of the big banks and needed an extra on my profile but now from last week Thursday my application has been pending on review i don't under stand why so long as a client i need timelous feedback to be able to make an informed decision based on the offer if its approved or not and do alternative i once worked for AB I thought after curatorship things will be better but I see it's the same systems just different ppl pathetic

M still not assisted tried branch and call center for assistance but no one could give me any feedback on my application apparently online applications take longer than branch application then I ask myself what's the Use of the online platform if it does take longer and not convenient for the client's i feel like am not treated fairly as 48hours has elapsed since last week Thursday if we count working hours
