Appalling service sies using my own resources. you don't care of your customers

I wanted to settle my account but now they don't want to give me an extension of the same discount to the following month. I called in in may they told me it's lapsing. the consultant didn't even show remorse. I just want an extension to next month. discount is also capped at 30% why. ridiculous. you don't treasure your clients and your consultants are very very rude. I want to pay 4000 today to close this off.
