Appalling service
I am very unhappy about the service I am receiving. I app**** for a loan on Friday the 27th of August and to date I have not been provided with progress feedback. I keep having to call their call center and every time I'm being given the same explanation that they are checking affordability, since Monday???????? The same thing is being done? WORST SERVICE EVER
