App loan application disgrace

Good day, Applying for a loan with African bank on they're app is so not helpful, I app**** for a loan since Wednesday I downloaded all required documents the they will say your "application is been reviewed"after few minutes I went to check the status it still says upload documents, I've been sending those documents since yesterday and today the whole day i even uploaded them on customer care email still they keep on requesting the documents until now.
