APP dis****ion & Paysharp Not working

Their App is dysfunctional, it doesnt work 90% of the time.You will end up looking like a ***** when they are not responding with a OTP, always saying Error. They should go back to drawing board and create a new App. Also the Paysharp doesnt Work , i did a transfer on the 19 July todate the receiver has not received their money . I cant wait to finish my projects and move my money to a bank with better apps and better customer service, instead of staying here and be pushed from pillar to post that them solving an issue with urgency.
