APP Blocked
Forensic blocked my online APP and I have been told to visit the branch, I have done so and Branch couldn’t resolve the issue still don’t have access to my APP. How many times do I have to take my time and go to the branch for African bank to unblock my APP? African Bank do not care about their customers

11 Feb 2022, 21:28On 05/02/2022 I went to African bank branch for my App to be unblocked but branch couldn't assist. on 11/02/2022 I logded a complaint then later I received a call from Rolivhuwa from Social Media Team I then told her that I'm at the branch she then requested to speak to a consultant, I gave my phone consuItant to speak to her. Rolivhuwa told me to come back to the branch after 11:30 thing will be fine, I then went back around past 13h00(went to branch twice) guest what my App still blocked. I seriously regret why I joined this ****a bank.
