Anthony Richards Attorney Consultant Daily Harassment

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> I am getting harassed on a daily basis by this call centre agent regarding my African bank account.I have made prior arrangements with African Bank and even went into the branch seeing that I could not get assistance from the call centre itself.I have again contacted African Bank via the legal department and have made the necessary payment arrangement to pay my outstanding accounts.The consultant took everything down on your system and I even received sms stating my payment arrangement from the 1st of the month.This Ms Abrahams from Anthony Richards and Attorneys keep on harassing me shouting and raising her voice after numerous times that I have told her I made arrangements with African Bank and I don’t owe ARA any monies but African Bank.I cannot stress enough how rude and abrupt this woman is when calling me daily.It is ********* business behaviour and this Ms Abrahams just don’t stop with her foul unprofessional way of speaking to me.I am not going to tolerate such behaviour and would request that you as African Bank stop them from harassing me as a matter of urgency. I have never ever dealt with such inhumane behaviour and I will honour my payment arrangement with African Bank as as promised.</p> <p> I await your response on this matter.</p> <p> </p>
