Annoying and very frustrating

Am now really really fed up with this stupid bank the sooner i end my relationship with African bank the better with my first review a lady called me to say that i must send her the documents that i had already send to them for the 10th time . When i send her the documents she redirected my email to the stupid deceased estate department of which the am now being answered by an auto response saying i must wait for 20 days for my matter to be resolved kanthe how many 20 days i must wait since January am being told to wait for 20 days nxa this bank does not really care about their customers .
