Annoyed with service and *********** Staff!

Worst service from African Bank Festival Mall. App**** for a credit card online with African Bank and submitted all the documents as requested. Got a call to say it was approved and the terms and conditions were even read to me telephonically, please check your call records. Was then told I could collect my credit card at the nearest branch but must have my ID present when collecting. When collecting my card, was told that not all the documents were submitted and therefore I couldn’t collect my card. I even received my contract via email but was told by African Bank Festival Mall that it’s still pending. The woman who was meant to assist me did absolutely nothing from her side to try solve the problem and find out why this happened. She didn’t even call a manager to assist, just NOTHING! Had such good service in the past from African Bank but this time I was left highly annoyed. I don’t even think I want to use their service again. Highly disappointed…….
