Angry customer required Paid-up letter
Hi There I am really confused what is going on, i have received settlement offer from Groenewald and i have made a promise to pay the offer. I was given paid-up letters from GLA mentioning that i longer owe their client African Bank but it doesn't seem so because i am getting calls from African Bank saying that i owe them and there is no reflection of any payment received from GLA to them (African bank).
I am worried now, did i really pay the correct debt collectors, how many collectors are handling my account, I have paid with Groenewald Lubbe please furnish me with paid up letters ASAP. How long does GLA update you that i have made payment???? Please advise urgently as the calls i am getting are annoying really. African Bank Details: ********** ********** 600E003
