Amount of money not agreed on

I have a recorded agreement with African bank that I will pay a lower amount due to retrenchment and financial constraints. How ever African bank has the tendency of deducting a very higher amount than agreed on. It is not the first time they do this and worse the ******* debit order cannot be reversed because they collect under 'Debicheck'
