Amount in Arrears

I'm failing to understand how I am in arrears in the payment date is 25th of each month and you decided to debit before my salary was paid even though there was sufficient fund to cover your debit order!!!<br> <br> 07/11/2015 Arrears interest -R27.42 (Credit) even though debit order was paid on 23rd and cleared on 24th.<br> <br> Then at the top of my statement just received Amount in Arrears -R35.67<br> <br> I want this corrected immediately!!!<br> <br> There was no debit order returns so you have no right to add any arrears on my account which was paid before the agreed debit order date!!!<br> <br> Awaiting you email response, no phone calls
